In my final year of college, I came to the conclusion that leading a healthy lifestyle was important. I had a chaotic and tedious final week of school that was so stressful I can't even begin to fathom. I hardly ever had time for myself, not even for a quick skin treatment or meal, and my wardrobe organization was out of control. I also barely had time to eat.
I initially believed that I did not have time for my own well-being, food, or daily routines.
Guess what? I was severely wronged because I didn't know how well to manage my time or fulfill my needs. I'll add that in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle during your busiest working hours, schooling, family stress , difficult days, and other obligations.
You can make your life easier with zero stress by:
1. Create a schedule
It might be a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual timetable. Daily programs typically begin at dawn and continue till the next morning. Before your main day starts, you can set aside some time for prayer, meditation, exercise, and reading. You can arrange meetings, lunches, and visits throughout the day.
Simply accept the fact that your task may take up the majority of your day or maybe the entire day. If you're a student, you can read or work on projects in the evening. You can iron for the next day activities or keep a journal. Plan out your daily routines with their particular timeframes on your weekly and monthly agendas. Most people would like to schedule their daily or weekly activities using an app. There is a link to an app that I personally utilized that helped me keep track of the times I couldn't even keep to timetables. Here are some apps for scheduling;
For Android
For ios
2. Plan a menu
A carefully thought-out menu will aid in leading a healthy lifestyle. Even if the time you will eat is a part of your plan, the specific item you will eat is not always specified.
What you'll have for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, and dinner should all be listed on the menu. Without leaving out our vegetables, fruits, cookies, or beverages, I will say this. Make sure to include at least protein.
3. Do not procrastinate
Do not put off doing what needs to be done right now if you want your schedule to go as planned. We can all attest to the fact that we wouldn't do anything but use our phones to converse and relax.
4. Start the new week with zero stress
Completing your tasks the day before or even the morning of submission if you are a student. Being proactive wouldn't result from it, to be honest. It is best to complete your assignment or project the day it is due or two days beforehand.
5. Learn how to reduce your stress by doing these activities.
If you don't already have a stress-relieving strategy, I suggest that;
You take a good shower after a stressful day or week and, if you can, try some skin care regimens. It doesn't really have to be expensive
You can make or buy yourself your favorite meal. You can take a nice bath with your nice-fragranced shower gels or soaps.
You can reward yourself with your favorite movie or snack to relieve stress.
You can take a break from your busy schedule and go on vacations or holidays to locations that make you feel good.
